We’re committed to delivering your orders safely and on time through our trusted courier partners. Please review the information below for domestic and international deliveries.
Domestic Shipping
Deliveries within India
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
We strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeline through our trusted courier partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp.
While we make every effort to meet the promised delivery timeline, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Delivery timelines for pre-orders, event-based merchandise, and promotional products may vary.
If your order contains multiple products, we will attempt to deliver them together. This is subject to product availability.
We ship to one address per order. To ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses and are not responsible for orders shipped to P.O. Boxes that remain undelivered.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be edited, modified, or changed.
If you are unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, please notify our Customer Experience Team in advance.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be subject to cancellation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will not be handed over until full payment has been received.
Delivery and COD charges are non-refundable.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
International Shipping
Worldwide delivery
International orders are typically delivered within 12–15 working days from dispatch.
We ship internationally through reliable courier partners. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs processing, local regulations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International deliveries may be left at the doorstep or mailbox if a signature is not required, in accordance with standard global shipping practices.
