Refund and Return Policy

At AdhiRaj Mens Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an eligible item that does not work for you, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging, where applicable.
• Be free from perfume, stains, damage, or signs of use.
• Be accompanied by the order details or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear, socks, personalised items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us through the contact form on our website within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or video of the item and packaging so we can investigate and assist you.

How to request a return

Contact us through the contact form on our website with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return, and photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason unrelated to a product defect or our error, return shipping charges may be paid by the customer. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may be sent back to you and the refund may be declined.
